Arkansas Secretary of State Corporation Name Search

Search the Arkansas Secretary of State by the business’s name for any profit or non-profit entity including corporations, LLC’s, partnerships (LP, LLP, and LLLP), in addition to banks and insurance companies. When entering the information about the entity, it is best to enter the generic name of the business without the ending (Inc., L.L.C, etc.)

How to Search

Step 1 – Go to This WebPage and select the corporation type you are looking up (if available) and enter the name in the 2nd blank line.



Step 2 – After entering the name of the entity the clicking the ‘Search’ button on the bottom of the page you will be re-directed to the results page. Here you will be able to view the matching entity’s Name, City, State, and the Status (Good Standing, Dissolved, Revoked, etc.)

Click on the Name of the entity (in green font) and all public information about the entity will be available for viewing.



Step 3 – The following will be available for viewing: name, fictitious name(s) (if any), filing type, Act entity is under, status, principal address, registered agent (name and address), filing date, officer(s), foreign name including address (if any), and the State of origin (if any).

At the bottom of the page the officer(s) have the option to Pay for the Franchise Tax of the Corporation.


Name Reservation

An applicant may reserve an entity name with the Secretary of State for a period of up to one-hundred and twenty (120) days by filing This Form (DN-02) or by Applying Online for a fee of $25.
